My Taco Bout Twins Baby Shower! (and must-have registry items)

It was a baby shower to remember! Being surrounded by my girls to celebrate the arrival of these twins in full-fiesta style was everything I envisioned and more. Thank goodness the weather cooperated allowing us to be outside and dance the day away in the sun with music, margaritas (some virgin of course) and many treats! A few of my besties came together and pulled off some very special surprises like the amazing decorations and having a professional photographer-my girl Becca-come to shoot the party. I’m so grateful to have these photos as they capture the day perfectly. You can find her stunning work here.
Hot tip: always have a bubble machine at outdoor parties for an extra highlight of fun-especially for the kiddos running around! And remember, when it comes to decor- more is always more 🙂
I went to high school and have been been best friends with some of these girls for over 15 years so having them all in one place together made me the happiest mom-to-be in the world. Even though I don’t have any siblings, I know that these babies (and Hudson) will be loved immensely by some of the best aunties out there. It is incredible to think of how far we’ve all come, and knowing that the best of our lives is still ahead.
When it came to opening presents I got a little overwhelmed because I’m so uncomfortable sitting in one position for any reasonable length of time, but Hudson was such a good boy and really helped me get through them. Keep scrolling to see my Top 12 must-have registry items below!
